Several pupils from Verulam Secondary recently represented their school and the Phoenix Debating League at the Inter-League Debates held at Isiboniso High School at Kwa Mashu. The team did the best they could and battled hard against the other teams. Juwairiyyah Basha, Lecreece Dorsamy and Jeanette Shange made up the team.
