DURBAN – Six people have been injured, one seriously so, after four vehicles collided on the N2 North Bound near the Kwa Mashu Highway around 9am.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find only the fast lane open to traffic on the north bound carriageway. Four vehicles had been involved in a collision. A total of six people had sustained various injuries and were all stabilised on the scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required. One patient had sustained serious injuries and was stabilised by Rescue Care Advanced Life Support Paramedic.
The cause of the collision is not known as yet however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
