MARIANHILL – One person was killed and another sustained moderate injuries when a vehicle overturned on Milkyway in Marianhill.
At approximately 8pm on Sunday night, paramedics from ER24 arrived on the scene where they found the vehicle lying on its side. One person was found with fatal injuries inside the vehicle and another was found outside the vehicle with moderate injuries. He was treated on the scene and later transported to RK Khans Hospital for further care.
A third person was assessed on scene, but later declined to be transported to hospital.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown at this stage.
