Argentina forward Gonzalo Higuain has joined AC Milan on a season-long loan from Italian Serie A champions Juventus.
AC Milan will have an option to buy Higuain in June next year for £32m.
Premier League side Chelsea were reportedly interested in the 30 year-old but the Argentine striker appears set to remain in Italy.
The loan move could pave the way for further deals, in which Leonardo Bonucci will return to Turin from Milan while promising defender Mattia Caldara will move in the opposite direction.
