As we proceed with our daily lives we are faced with various challenges and difficulties. Whilst we openly discuss most of our daily issues as most are in common, there are a few that are not certainly opened for discussion.
Bullying – one of the hugest challenges faced by various individuals in their everyday lives. This mammoth of an ongoing dilemma is usually a no-go topic for many and this is due to the touchiness and sensitivity around the subject as many individuals are emotionally affected and are sometimes left with permanent damage to their wellbeing.
Whilst this issue is mostly discussed as a topic regarding children of a young age, this may well be an issue that affects individuals at school, college, and workplaces as well as relationships. The most commonly and openly discussed bullying occurs within kids which takes place during their early schooling careers and in some cases, the continuation follows into the latter years of their lives.
Bullying can range from verbal, physical and emotional abuse this may contain -swearing, teasing, mocking, causing physical pain by pinching or hitting or using objects to inflict pain, stealing, spreading rumors and threats. Whilst reasons may vary as to why individuals take on the “Bully” path, it sums up in certain interviews held amongst 9 kids ranging from 7 to 16 years old.
Bullies mainly indulge in their unsolicited behavior due to the human nature of wanting to feel power and fame and to be accepted by fellow students and in some situations due to psychological reasons from their own personal lives. Bullying is a reality and it is imminent. This may not only be an issue at school or at college, this continues into the victim’s personal lives due to the emotional damage.
